Bringing the message of hope through Jesus, our savior.
Our story
Our genesis story is rooted in Amanda’s personal journey. Amidst her own desperation, Jesus revealed his transformative power of faithfulness and unconditional love for her. Red Heart of Hope exists to serve as a lifeline, a source of hope when words falter and burdens weigh heavy. The name 'Red Heart of Hope' captures the very soul of our mission – a vivid symbol of the hope nestled within the embrace of Christ's love and the unshakeable power of His sacrifice.
Guided by Amanda’s profound encounters with Jesus, we aspire to be a tangible manifestation of the promise that even in the depths of uncertainty, there remains an unextinguished light. We offer hope in the midst of despair and a reminder that, even in our vulnerability, we possess the resilience to overcome through Jesus. Our vision extends beyond mere products; we strive to be a living testament to the enduring strength of the human spirit intertwined with our dependence on Jesus.
Red Heart of Hope stands as a testament to the unyielding faithfulness of Jesus. Through our purposeful designs and personal prayers, we aim to infuse every life we touch with renewed hope, unwavering faith, and the reassurance that Jesus’ love knows no bounds.
Join us on this journey, as we craft more than just products – we craft symbols of hope, resilience, and the undeniable presence of Jesus’ love. Together, we will face the shadows with unwavering courage, illuminating the way forward in hope, with Jesus as our eternal guide.
About the Founder
Hey there, I'm Amanda Scarborough – the heart behind Red Heart of Hope. My journey started as a farm-raised Louisiana girl, adopted into a loving family at just 3 days old. In 2000, I wed my wonderful husband, Jeff, stepping into the role of an instant mom to his two incredible daughters. Our journey led us to embrace the joy of parenthood, welcoming two sweet sons into our lives.
Beyond being a writer, speaker, and entrepreneur, I'm on a mission to mirror the compassion of Jesus in every aspect of my life. My personal battle with perinatal and postpartum depression ignited a fervent desire to show women that even in the darkest moments, Jesus, our hope, is a constant presence.
My days revolve around my cherished family (we're a team in our family business), making memories on our 40-acre haven, and indulging in works of fiction. You might say I have an undeniable obsession with all things Christmas and a certain breed of furry friends – French bulldogs.
